I chose that line deliberately. I spent years in senior commercial and regional roles across some of the most recognised names in retail and consumer goods, including No7, Boots, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Elemis and NEOM, building deep expertise in how businesses grow, how markets work, and what separates the brands that win from the ones that stall.
Today I operate at executive level as COO of TurnKey Beauty, a California-based consumer goods business, working in close collaboration with the founder to drive commercial growth and international expansion. I run that role in direct synergy with RYYZZE, my international consultancy, and Vend Your Way, my automated retail and vending business in the FMCG sector. Three businesses, one consistent thread: finding the clarity that others miss, then building the strategy that moves things forward.
I saw a gap in the market. Businesses had ambition but lacked the structured commercial thinking to act on it. The strategy existed somewhere, but the path to it did not. That gap is where I work.
